Report Summary
Purpose
The Report Summary screen is the landing page after generating a report (or clicking into a report from the Reporting list). It shows what was generated and gives you the download buttons.
How to open it
- Automatically, after generating a report.
- From the breadcrumb on the Reporting list (in some flows).
Layout
- Breadcrumbs at the top: Dashboard / Reports / Report.
- A status block showing the report status (Generating / Completed / Failed).
- Metadata: report type, reporting period, entity name and type if applicable, creation date.
- Download buttons when the report is Completed.
Downloading
Click Download as PDF or Download as CSV depending on how you want the data. KCFIS streams the file to your browser.
While the report is still generating
The download buttons are disabled and a spinner indicates "Report is being generated". Wait a moment and refresh the page; KCFIS will show download buttons once status is Completed.
Going back
Use the breadcrumb (Reports) to return to the Reports list, or click the Dashboard breadcrumb to go home.
