Viewing a submission
Purpose
Once a submission is Locked, the data is committed to KCFIS and cannot be edited any more. The View Submission screen lets anyone with access read the full content and audit who acted on it and when.
How to open it
From Submissions, click View on any Locked row. KCFIS opens at /submissions/<id>/view.
What you see
The screen has three sections:
1. Header
- The status badge (always Locked here).
- Entity name, entity type, and reporting period.
- Created at and submitted at timestamps.
2. Submission data
A read-only table of every row from the BTR submission, with all columns. Use horizontal scroll to see columns that do not fit on screen.
3. Approval history
A timeline of every action taken on this submission:
- Who created it (the submitter).
- Who reviewed and approved or rejected it (the reviewer).
- Who finalised it (the administrator).
- Any comments left at each step.
Going back
Click the Back arrow at the top left, or use the sidebar Submissions link to return to the list.
