Dashboard overview
Purpose
The BTR Compliance Dashboard is the home page of KCFIS. It is a read-only summary of the climate finance portfolio that the system currently knows about. It exists to answer four questions at a glance:
- How much climate finance has been committed and disbursed?
- How clean is the data we have collected?
- Where is the money flowing (instruments, sectors, entity types)?
- How is it trending over time?
When to use
Visit the Dashboard at the start of each session to see whether new submissions have changed the picture, or before a meeting to brief stakeholders.
What you see
The screen has three layers:
- KPIs — four cards across the top with headline numbers (see KPIs explained).
- Charts — a grid of charts showing trends and breakdowns (see Charts explained).
- Page header — the title BTR Compliance Dashboard and the line Real-time overview of your climate finance portfolio.
Empty and loading states
| State | What you see | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Loading | A spinner with "Loading dashboard metrics..." | Wait. Most loads complete in a few seconds. |
| No data | A friendly empty card with Go to Submissions | Click the button to start a submission, or wait for one to be approved. |
| Error | A red alert and a short error message | Refresh the page. If it persists, contact Support. |
Refreshing data
The Dashboard refetches metrics whenever you open the page. To force a fresh load, navigate away and back, or refresh the browser tab.
