Resources and downloads
Purpose
The Resources card on the Support screen is the official source for reusable files. The most important is the BTR template that drives every submission.
BTR Template
Click Download Template (Excel) to get the latest BTR template. The file opens in a new tab and downloads automatically.
The same template is also available at the start of Submit Data, which is more convenient if you are about to start a submission.
Why use the latest template
KCFIS validates submissions against the current template structure. If you reuse an older copy, columns may be missing or named differently and the upload will fail validation. Always download a fresh copy when you start a new reporting period.
